Caffeine TV, which was LIV Golf’s primary streaming partner, has announced its closure this week. Despite having a significant number of users, they faced challenges in generating enough profit to sustain the service.

 

 

NUCLR Golf on X shared the news about Caffeine TV’s shutdown, citing profitability issues as the main reason behind the decision. LIV Golf had previously partnered with Caffeine TV to reach a broader, younger audience, but now they are exploring other broadcasting options for the remainder of the season, such as CW Network and the LIV Golf App. It’s a significant change for LIV Golf, but they seem to be adapting and moving forward with new partnerships.

 

 

It seems like LIV Golf’s events have been getting more and more viewers! The Mexico event had 3.51 million views, and Las Vegas got 3.03 million views. Even though the Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong events had fewer viewers, the Jeddah event in Saudi Arabia got 2.25 million viewers, and even the Hong Kong event, which aired at odd times, still had 2.41 million views. It’s cool to see how the viewership numbers have been changing for their events!
