“The reason I’m unwell this morning,” Biles, 27, wrote via her Instagram Story on Monday, August 12, alongside a clip from a party where the crowd was cheering and holding up an American flag.

In another video, Queen’s “We Are the Champions” could be heard playing in the background as one partygoer popped confetti and another held up a sign that read, “Gym legend Simone Biles.”

“If you see me out at the club, pls tell me to go home. For your good and health in the morning,” Biles wrote on her Instagram Story alongside a black-and-white video of herself and her younger sister Adria singing Waka Flocka Flame’s 2010 track “Grove St. Party.”

Biles had a lot to celebrate. The Team USA gymnast left the Paris Games with three gold medals in the women’s individual all-around, women’s vault and the team all-around with Suni Lee, Jade Carey, Hezley Rivera and Jordan Chiles. She also won a silver medal in ground exercises after she did not enter the bundle final.

“The Bandle Final is still the most stressful,” said Villes this month. “Usually we’re there with whatever music or ambient noise there is, but honestly, I perform better in a noisy environment because I feel like I’m training more. Today, I might hear my Android ringing, photos flickering, so I just try to stay in my zone.”As for the future, Biles, now the most decorated American gymnast in history, remained tight-lipped about whether she plans to compete at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. “Is this my last jump? Definitely [my last] Yurchenko double-curve jump,” she said at the press conference, referring to her performance on the vault. “In other words, I seemed to nail her.”

Birz pointed out that she did not exclude the return potential. “The next Olympics are at home (at Los Angeles),” she said. “So you never know, but I’m very old.”

In response to the question, Birz went to a social network and entered the people who asked him what was going on on the horizon. “It’s really time to stop asking athletes what they’ll do next once they win an Olympic medal,” she wrote earlier this month via X. “Let’s spend all our lives enjoying this moment.”
